Annual membership — $200/year
50% of the annual price, paid once, from that one sale. Annual is the plan we lead with, and the one that pays you best. The year-2 renewal pays no commission — the first year is the whole window.

Worked example: send 50 people who take the annual plan and you have earned $5,000. A 5,000-person list where just 1 in 100 buys the year does the same. Monthly members pay you slower — $6 a month each, for up to 12 months — but a book of them stacks: 50 monthly members is $300 a month flowing during their first year. And from your 11th signup onward, monthly members earn you 40% — $8 a month each — inside the same 12-month window per member.

No fine-print games. These are the rules the program actually runs on — written down before the first dispute, and applied the same way to everyone.
How a sale gets credited to you
Two signals can stamp a sale with your name: your link (a 90-day cookie our own site sets) and your partner code, typed at checkout. If a buyer types a code, the code wins over any cookie — a deliberate act at the moment of purchase beats an old cookie. One sale pays exactly one partner, never a split. Once a member is stamped to you, they stay yours for their whole 12-month window — later clicks never move them. If neither signal reaches us, the sale is a house sale and no commission exists; the one exception is a buyer who contacts us promptly naming you, which we can stamp by hand with the founder's approval, recorded as a manual stamp. A refund reverses the commission against the original sale — a sale is never re-credited to anyone else. Every commission line cites its Stripe invoice, so you can check our math line by line.
When money actually moves
Commissions are paid in one monthly batch, and three gates must all be cleared first: the sale has passed its 30-day refund hold, your cleared balance is at least $50, and you have at least 3 paid referrals (commissions accrue from your very first sale — the gate is on payout, not on earning). The founder personally approves every batch before it goes out. US partners are paid by PayPal; partners outside the US by Wise. A refunded sale's commission is reversed even after payout, settled against your next batch — you never send money back out of pocket.
Your side of the deal
Disclose the relationship every time you share your link or code — a plain 'I earn a commission if you join' is enough, and the swipe kit ships with the disclosure line built in. Never bid on our brand names (The Prosper Academy, Prosper Academy, Luke Myers) in search ads: partners who harvest people already looking for us are removed, with unpaid commissions forfeited. Promote the membership as education only — it is not financial advice, and neither are you when you share it. No spam, no bought email lists, no misleading claims about returns. We spot-check partner posts, because the FTC holds us responsible for our promoters too.
Paperwork, once, before your first payout
US partners send us a W-9 when they are approved — before any money moves, not after. Partners outside the US send a W-8BEN instead. If your commissions pass the IRS reporting threshold in a year ($2,000), we file the required form for the rail you were paid through; the forms themselves are kept with the business's tax records, never on a website.

How and when do I get paid?
Monthly. Your commissions are tracked by our own partner system on top of our Stripe payments, and paid out in one monthly run once three gates clear: the sale is past its 30-day refund hold, your cleared balance reaches $50, and you have at least 3 paid referrals. The hold means a refunded sale never has to come back out of your pocket. Your own dashboard shows every line and its status.
How long do I earn on one referral?
For that member's first 12 months at most — and only while they keep paying. A monthly member who cancels in month 4 pays you for 4 months, then it stops. A member who stays two years pays you for the first year only; from month 13 that revenue is entirely ours. No lifetime commissions, ever. An annual signup pays you $100 (50% of the $200 price) once, up front — and the year-2 renewal pays nothing, because it falls outside the window. Your first 10 signups earn the base rates above; your 11th signup and beyond earns 40% on monthly members — $8 a month each — while annual signups keep their own 50% rate. Earlier signups are never re-rated: they keep the rate they started with for their own full 12 months.
What if someone refunds or cancels?
It is automatic, both ways. A refund reverses that commission. If a monthly member cancels, that member's $6 payments simply stop. You never owe anything back out of pocket — it settles inside your balance.
Does it cost anything to join the program?
No. No fee, no purchase required, and approved partners get the membership itself free so they can see what they are promoting.
How does tracking work?
Two ways, so sales do not slip through: your personal link carries a 90-day cookie, and your personal partner code credits you at checkout even when the link is long gone — that is the one to say out loud on podcasts. The code is for credit only; it never changes the member's price.
