Daily Partial Drift
Momentum · Equity ETFs · Daily
The rules, in plain English
This daily momentum portfolio uses partial drift: it tilts toward momentum leaders, but only trades names that have moved more than 10% away from their target weight. Names inside the band are left alone. That patience is meant to keep most of the momentum effect while trading much less.

Honest verdict
Held up
This one made money in its published backtest, but modestly for the risk taken — look at the Sharpe ratio and the worst drawdown together before forming any opinion.
Worst drawdown in the published test: -36.8% — at its lowest point, a follower of this test would have been down that much from the peak before any recovery.
